If you want to go jogging, there is one option in the city that really stands out: the former riverbed of the diverted Turia River, which has been converted into a huge park running through the middle of the city.

The park extends for about 5 kilometers (or 3.12 miles), and so a back-and-forth jog would satisfy all but the most hard-core (and they could just go back-and-forth-and-back, if they want).
