Fallas equals Paella time. Walk through Carmen during Fallas, and you’ll likely encounter the site of a Paella cooking competition. I had my camera out and notebook open, so that I could steal their secrets on cooking the perfect Paella Valenciana. Maybe I’ll join the competition next year!
Mike and I must have looked super hungry and, honestly, we were kind of hoping that one of the groups would ask us to stick around and sample their paella. They didn’t.
