There was a huge crowd on-hand at today’s mascletà. And even after warning everyone to show up early, we neglected to do so ourselves. So, we ended up somewhat further away from the cage for *El Portugés’s* excellent show. Maybe it was the sun, the fact of the weekend, or the anticipation of the main Fallas events starting tomorrow, but today the energy in the crowd was electric. It made for a great 5 minutes.
