El Pilar Negrito Plaza Loft is situated in the beautiful historical centre of Valencia, at the heart of the central Barrio del Carmen district. This 120m2 apartment is located in a beautiful, listed building which has been fully renovated and sleeps 4 guests in two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is a table and four chairs in the dining room and the living room comes equipped with a digital TV and DVD player as well as a stereo. There is a kitchen area in the living room which is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for preparing your meals. This apartment has access to a patio where you can relax with a book or a glass of wine at the end of a long day and make the most of the ideal Mediterranean climate that you will find in Valencia. There is a supermarket 200 meters from the apartment, as well as bars, restaurants and stores, that will facilitate your stay.
