What little troopers! The kids marching in this morning’s Cant d’Estorta had to brave the nasty weather which has put a real damper on Fallas. From the warmth of a cozy cafe, we watched cute, shivering children re-enact famous scenes from history. "Brrrr", I thought, eating my piping hot patatas bravas, "those poor, freezing, ADORABLE kids!"
Many of the mini-floats were great, but we especially loved the hot air balloons. Good job kids! It’s never too young to learn that art is all about suffering and misery.

It was a fantastic morning. The children really looked like they were enjoying as much as the adults! Hopefully this weather will clear up for the rest of Fallas..
The Calle Sueca lights this evening were very wet… but look great! (Although slightly confused with the false starts!) I will pop back tomorrow to get the camera out! I am sure you were there snapping away on your new toy!?
